CUSTOMER BASE INCREASED EIGHT TIMES IN TWO MONTHS!

 

The e-Bank sector has implemented and, in April 2012, included in its offer a very innovative and advanced service – mBank.  This mBank service allows bank customers, via mobile phones, any time and at any place, to make inquiry into their account balance and transactions, carry out payments, exchange operations and all other functionalities provided to the users of web e-Bank through their computers.

 

A new sales concept, which had not been Bank’s practice so far, was based on young and trained promoters, who were engaged in acquisition of new users at Bank’s branch offices through interactive communication and by practically presenting functioning of the service.  

Branch offices with predispositions for such a concept were agreed with the Retail Sector and Belgrade Branch.

Having completed the certification process successfully in February 2013, Asseco SEE d.o.o. Beograd was awarded the Information Security Certificate ISO 27001:2005, which is going to help the Company to considerably improve their business operations, as well as services they provide to their customers. In this manner Asseco SEE became one of few companies in software development and integration industry in Europe to be granted  such a prestigious certificate.
